1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Artisan Ciabatta Rolls
1 pound Hill Country Fare Fresh Chicken Tenders
1/2 cup Peloponnese Kalamata Olvies, sliced
2 roma tomatoes, sliced
1 cup H-E-B Spring Salad Mix
1 cup H-E-B Crumbled Feta Cheese with Tomato & Basil
1/2 cup Tassos Mediterranean Mix Olives
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Prepare the H-E-B Artisan Ciabatta Rolls according to package directions, slice lengthwise for sandwiches and set aside.
Season the chicken tenders with black pepper and set aside.
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F).
Grill chicken tenders for 2 to 3 minutes per side until juices run clear. Remove from heat and keep warm in foil.
Place grilled chiken on bottom half of ciabatta roll. To chicken with sliced kalamata olives, tomato slices, spring mix, feta cheese and top portion of ciabatta roll.
Combine the Tassos Mediterranean Mix, basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil in a small serving dish to make Mediterranean Olive Oil Salad. Serve as a side dish with the sandwiches.
