1 box (4 oz.) Rice-a-roni savory whole grains roasted garlic
2 cups H-E-B seriously sweet tomatoes sliced in half
1 English hot house cucumber peeled and chopped
4 H-E-B Harvest Moon™ kalamata olives remove pit & thin slice
1/4 cup H-E-B spicy italian dressing
1/4 cup Mediterranean style crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® sliced onions for garnish
Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package instructions.Spread the rice mixture on a sheet panand cool in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Combine the chilled, cooked rice,tomatoes, cucumber, olives, dressingand feta cheese in a large salad bowl.Toss to coat ingredients and top withsliced onion. Cover the bowl withplastic wrap and chill for 30minutes or until ready to serve.
