1 lb. chicken tenderloins
1 small yellow onion, sliced into strips
2 cups Mojo Criollo Marinade
* soft flour tortillas
* picante sauce
* sour cream
Place chicken tenders, sliced onions and marinade in a large zipper storage bag. Press out air and zip close. Refrigerate from 2 to 24 hours (the longer the better).
Remove chicken from marinade and save leftover marinade and onions.
In a grill skillet over high heat, or outdoors on gas or charcoal, grill tenders for 3 minutes on each side. Place cooked chicken in a microwave safe bowl with a lid. Pour remaining marinade and onions over tenders. Cover dish and micorwave for 5 minutes on high.
Remove dish and serve with warm tortillas, picante sauce and sour cream.
