1 1/4 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
2 to 3 mangoes
6 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil and cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, pour into ice cube trays or a sheet pan and chill for 1 1/2 hours Peel mangoes and cut into large chunks.
Blend in food processor until smooth.
Combine chilled sugar syrup, mango puree, lime juice and lemon juice in food processor until smooth and light.
Pack in a plastic freezer container or pour into ice cube trays and return to freezer for 3 to 4 hours or until frozen.
