Ingredients

2  Tbsp.  H-E-B Canola Oil

1  lb.  lean ground beef

1  medium onion, diced

1/2  green pepper, diced

3  cloves garlic, minced

1  tsp.  ground cumin

3/4  c.  H-E-B Canned No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes, undrained

2  small potatoes, diced

Instructions


Heat oil in a large skillet. Sauté beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic until beef is no longer pink.

Add cumin, tomatoes, potatoes, and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
