2  pounds  Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts & Thighs, cut into 2-inch pieces

1  (1 ounce) package  Lawry's® Taco Spices & Seasoning'

1  (8 ounce) can  Pam Spray

1  (6 ounce) pouch  Hill Country Fare Spanish Rice & Pasta

1  (14 ounce) can  Gebhardt's® Refried Beans'

1  (13 count) package  H-E-B Ready-to-Cook Flour Tortillas


Combine the cut-up chicken and the taco seasoning in a large bowl and toss to coat.

Heat a large skillet over Medium-High heat for 3 minutes. Spray the pan with Pam No-Stick Spray and pan-fry the chicken for 3 minutes on each side. Add the contents of the Hill Country Fare Spanish Rice & Pasta pouch and 1 1/2 cups water. Stir the mixture and bring to a boil over High heat. Cover skillet, reduce to low and cook for 15 minutes.

Heat a skillet or griddle over Medium-High heat for 3 minutes. Cook H-E-B Ready-to-Cook Flour Tortillas for 45 seconds on each side and place in a tortilla warmer.

Meanwhile, place refried beans in a small microwave-safe bowl, cover them with plastic wrap, and microwave on High power for 3 minutes. Serve chicken and rice dinner with refried beans and hot tortillas
