Ingredients

1/2  container mango pico de gallo

1  Tbsp.  lime juice

1  head butter or romaine lettuce

1  tsp.  Jamaican jerk seasoning

1  Tbsp.  olive oil

1  can black beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions


Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub olive oil and Jamaican jerk seasoning on to mahi mahi fillets. Grill 4 minutes on each side and remove from grill.

In a large sauté pan over medium heat, combine pico de gallo and black beans. Cook just until heated through.

Flake fish into sauté pan. Squeeze lime juice and then place on a platter with washed and dried lettuce leaves.
