1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Neufchãtel Cream Cheese
1 stick H-E-B Unsalted Butter
2 cups H-E-B High Protein Flour
1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 large H-E-B Egg
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. Adam's Vanilla Extract
1 cup pecan pieces
Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Cream together cream cheese and butter.
Fold in flour. Dough will be soft.
Divide dough equally into a 12-cup nonstick muffin pan.
Moisten finger tips and press dough to line cups.
In a separate bowl combine filling ingredients. Spoon filling into each cup.
Bake until golden brown. Cool before serving, filling is hot.
