1 cup Hill Country Fare Pecan Cookie Pieces
3 tablespoons H-E-B butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) package Hill Country Fare Frozen Whole Strawberries
1 (8 oz.) package H-E-B Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Splenda or 6 H-E-B Sugar Substitute packets
1 1/2 cups Daisy Sour Cream
Combine pecan pieces and butter in a pie pan. Press the pecan mixture evenly in the pie pan and set aside.
Place 1/2 package of frozen strawberries in a blender or food processor bowl. Process for 30 seconds or until strawberries are coarsely chopped and set aside.
Combine cream cheese, sugar substitute and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients with an electric mixer on high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the coarsely chopped strawberries and spread the mixture over the nut crust. Cover cheese cake with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour and then serve or refrigerate.
