2 cups skim milk
3 medium eggs
2 onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup drained canned mushrooms
1 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
* salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Scald milk and allow it to cool.
Add eggs and whip lightly.
Mix onions, celery, mushroom, and garlic; add to egg mixture. Add stuffing mix. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Place in an ovenproof casserole or nonstick loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes until set.
