2 H-E-B premium lemon herb tea bags
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B frozen pineapple chunks thawed
2 Tablespoons Hill Country Fare honey
1 Tablespoon Mint leaves torn into halves
Combine 1/2 cup boiling water and 2 H-E-B Premium Lemon Herb Tea Bags in a glass bowl and brew 5 minutes. Lift tea bags, squeeze tea bags over bowl and discard. Let concentrated tea cool.
Layer the thawed pineapple chunks, lemon herb tea, honey and mint leaves in a beautiful salad or dessert bowl. Before serving, gently toss the pineapple chunks.
