1 1/2  pounds  boneless Beef Ribeye Steaks, cut 1-inch thick

1/4  cup  Nantucket Pueblo Rub

*  New Canaan Farms Jalapeño BBQ Sauce, for basting


Sprinkle rub evenly over both sides of steaks; press to adhere. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Set steaks aside.

Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash, or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.

Grill steaks 4 inches above Medium heat (375 degrees grill surface temperature) 4 to 7 minutes per side. Baste cooked side of steaks with sauce after turning.

Remove from grill when steaks reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees to 155 degrees for Medium-Rare to Medium doneness. Let stand 3 minutes and serve.
