Latin & Lime Roasted Cauliflower Taco

1  large crown cauliflower, chopped

2  Tbsp.  Advocare Avocado oil

1 1/2  Tbsp.  Adams Reserve Latin & Lime Seasoning

1  jar  H-E-B "That" Salsita

1  bag  Central Market Tortilla Chips (Hatch, Sweet Potato, Flax ect.) or crispy taco shells.

1  cntr.  Dehydrated Garlic "Snax" (Healthy Living item), crushed

1  bunch  cilantro, minced

1  pkg.  H-E-B Organics Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese


Pre-heat oven to 475 degrees.

In a large bowl toss together: cauliflower, oil and rub.

Place on cookie sheet, spread around evenly. Place into oven and let roast until golden brown (approximately 20-30 minutes).

Remove from oven place into a clean bowl and add in enough HEB "That" Salsita to coat cauliflower; mix well.

Build and layer tacos (Tortilla chips or crispy taco shells first, then roasted cauliflower mixture, next crushed garlic "Snax", cilantro and as a final garnish a liberal topping of cheese).
