2 pounds fresh sweet potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip or Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce
Peel potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in a 3-quart pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over High heat. Reduce heat to Medium; cook potatoes at a gentle rolling boil 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well and return potatoes to cooking pot.
Add butter; stir to melt and combine. Stir in Rothschild sauce; season with salt and pepper. Serve warm
