1 pkg. (16 oz.) whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 lb. H-E-B Lean Ground Beef
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar (24 oz.) H-E-B Marinara Sauce
1 container (15 oz.) H-E-B Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
1 c. H-E-B Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain; set aside.
Meanwhile, cook beef, onion, and garlic over Medium heat in a large skillet until meat is no longer pink. Stir in marinara sauce.
In a medium bowl, make cheese filling by mixing ricotta and mozzarella.
In a 13x9-inch baking dish, layer meat sauce, noodles and cheese filling. Repeat, ending with meat sauce.
Bake uncovered approximately 40 minutes, or until heated through.
