1 1/2  c.  fresh avocado

1  pkg.  matchstick carrots

1  pkg.  H-E-B Spring Mix Blend

2  c.  H-E-B Fully Fit Fully Cooked Chicken Breast, heated and diced

1/4  c.  H-E-B Reduced Fat or Fat Free Fancy Shredded Cheese

1  jicama, peeled and sliced

Instructions


To assemble: layer avocado, carrots, greens, chicken, and cheese on each jicama slice.
