1  can (15 oz.) H-E-B Black Beans, rinsed and drained

4  Roma tomatoes, diced

1  c.  red bell pepper, chopped

1  small jicama, peeled, sliced

1  avocado, peeled, pitted, diced

2  Tbsp.  lemon juice

1/4  c.  cilantro, chopped

1/4  c.  green onions, chopped

2  Tbsp.  chili powder

*  salt


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together until all pieces are equally coated in spices.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
