1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 gallon H-E-B Tough & Easy Storage Bag
1 bottle Green Valley Ranch Reserve Jamaican Jerk Marinade, divided
• non-stick cooking spray
1 lime, juiced
1 bunch cilantro, minced
Place chicken in storage bag and cover with 3/4 of marinade (set aside remainder). Seal bag, turn to coat chicken and place in refrigerator to marinate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray.
Remove chicken from marinade (discard used marinade) and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, or until a thermometer registers 165°F.
Mix reserved marinade with lime juice in a small bowl and brush over chicken. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
