Ingredients

1  pound  peeled and deveined raw shrimp

1  large onion, chopped

1  green pepper, chopped

1 to 3  large jalapenos (or to taste), sliced

1  tablespoon  olive oil

1  clove  garlic, minced

2  tablespoons  white wine vinegar

2  teaspoons  teriyaki

2  teaspoons  soy sauce

1/4  teaspoon  Chef Geoffrey Michael's Spicet Seasoning

Instructions


In a non-stick skillet, stir-fry onion, garlic, peppers, and jalapenos, in olive oil for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Stir in shrimp and all other ingredients.

Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes.

Serve over hot rice, bean threads or cellophane noodles
