1 c. artichokes, drained and chopped
1 pkg. (6 oz.) H-E-B Shredded Asiago Cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1 c. H-E-B Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/4 c. pickled jalapeno slices, chopped and drained
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a deep-dish pie pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Serve hot.
