1/2  package (8 oz.)  Central Market Organics Whole Wheat Penne or Spaghetti Pasta

1  bag (16 oz.)  Central Market Organics Frozen Haricots Verts

1  can (12 oz.)  Central Market All Natural Albacore Tuna, drained

1  container (5 oz.)  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Three Color Peppers

1/2  cup  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Chopped Red Onion

1/4  cup  Central Market Organics Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette


Cook pasta according to the package directions for 8 minutes. Add frozen haricots verts. Bring pasta water back to a boil and cook for 2 more minutes. Drain pasta and vegetable mixture and place in a large pasta bowl. Allow pasta to cool for 15 minutes.

Add tuna, peppers, onion, and vinaigrette to the cooled mixture and toss. Season pasta salad with salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
