1 cup H-E-B Instant Long Grain Rice
4 center-cut pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1/4 teaspoon Italian spice mix
1 (14.5 ounce) can H-E-B Italian-Style Diced Tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can H-E-B Tomato Sauce
Prepare rice according to the directions on the package; keep warm.
Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat and cook pork chops on each side 5 minutes.
Add onion, Italian spice mix, Italian tomatoes and tomato sauce to pork chops. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 15 minutes. Add cooked rice and serve
