2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed & drained
1/2 sweet onion
1 each: red and green bell pepper, seeds & stems removed
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons H-E-B Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Nakano Rice Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Domino Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Alessi Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Hill Country Fare Ground Black Pepper
Rinse and drain black beans. Chop onion, bell pepper and garlic.
Heat oil in a large skillet over Medium heat. Sauté onion, bell pepper and garlic about 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add beans; stir until heated. Serve hot.
