1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Broccoli Stir-Fry, frozen
1 Tbsp. Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. (16 oz.) firm tofu, cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 c. Global Palate Indian Sindhi Curry Sauce
In a large bowl, toss broccoli stir-fry with Adams ReserveHouse Rub and 1 Tablespoon oil.
Bring a large skillet to Medium-High heat; add vegetables and sauté until water has evaporated, about 3-4 minutes. Add remaining oil and tofu and continue to cook until tofu is lightly browned and vegetables are tender, about 2-3 minutes.
Add sauce and stir to warm through. Remove from heat and serve.
