Ingredients

1  (12.7-ounce) jar  H-E-B Harvest Moon Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped

5  ounce  manchego cheese, shredded

1/2  cup  Parmesan cheese

4  green onions, chopped

1  medium  tomato, chopped

2  cup  crushed corn chips

Instructions


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a deep-dish pie pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Combine artichokes, manchego cheese, parmesan cheese, onions, tomato and chips in a large bowl. Press mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden
