2  pounds  Ground Beef; regular, lean, chuck or sirloin

2  Tbsp  H-E-B Steak Sauce

3/4  tsp  Seasoned Salt

1  pkg (3 oz.)  Cream Cheese

1 to 2  Tbsp.  prepared horseradish

1  tsp.  mustard, regular or dijon

6  H-E-B Hamburger Buns

*  lettuce, tomato, onion & pickles


Combine ground beef,steak sauce & seasoned salt ina large bowl; toss lightly to mix. Shape into 12 pattiesand set aside on a foil lined baking sheet.

Combine cream cheese,prepared horseradish and mustard in a small bowl and mix well. Spread 1 1/2 Tablespoons of cream cheese mixture in thecenter of 6 of the beef patties. Top each cream cheesepatty with remaining patties; press & seal the edges.

Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Place beef patties on grill rack. Cook each side for 6 to 8 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles. The internal temperature of the beef patties should reach 160°F.
