Honey Dijon Glazed Atlantic Salmon

1  lb.  fresh Atlantic Salmon, skin-on

1/2  tsp.  salt and pepper

1/3  c.  honey

1  Tbsp.  Dijon mustard

*  fresh basil, finely chopped


Heat oven to 425°F. Place salmon on a foil lined baking sheet. Season salmon with salt, pepper.

Mix honey and Dijon mustard together and spread evenly over the Salmon and bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of at least 135 degrees. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
