1 9-inch Unbaked frozen hill country fare deep dish pie shell
3 large H-E-B eggs beaten
1 tsp Hill Country Fare vanilla
3/4 cup H-E-B brown sugar
1 cup Hill Country Fare light or dark corn syrup
1 1/4 cups Hill Country Fare whole pecans
Heat oven to 350F. Place frozen deep dish pie shell on a baking sheet and set aside.
Combine eggs, vanilla, brown sugar and corn syrup in a bowl; stir until blended. Add pecans to syrup mixture and pour into the frozen pie shell.
Cover edge of pie crust with foil. Bake pie on middle oven rack for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool the pie completely before serving
