Ingredients

1/4  c.  H-E-B Olive Oil

1/2  c.  Hill Country Fare Walnuts Pieces

1/4  c.  chopped shallots

1  package (16 oz.)  H-E-B Select Frozen Thin Green Beans

Instructions


Combine the chopped walnuts, olive oil and chopped shallots in a microwave safe dish and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave the walnut mixture on High power for 1 1/2 minutes and set walnuts aside.

Prepare frozen green beans according to package directions. Drain & season the green beans to taste with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Place the seasoned green beans in a serving dish and top with the toasted walnuts shallot mixture.
