(4 oz) semi-soft natural cheese with garlic and herbs

tartar sauce
![]() Instructions ![]() Combine all ingredients for tartar sauce and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until needed, up to three days. Makes 3/4 cup.
![]() In a small bowl, whisk together cheese and tartar sauce.
![]() Arrange halibut steaks in a 12x7 inch baking dish, placing larger pieces toward the outside of the dish.
![]() Spread cheese mixture over steaks.
![]() Cover dish with vented plastic wrap. Microwave at 100% (High) 7 to 8 minutes (rotate fish a half turn after 4 minutes) or until center of fish begins to flake when tested with a fork.
![]() Top steaks with cucumber slices. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and chives. Microwave, uncovered at 100% (High) 2 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts.
![]() Let fish stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
