1 can (20 ozs.) pineapple chunks in juice
1 jar (12 ozs.) H-E-B Harvest Moon Mandarin oranges
1 jar (6 ozs.) H-E-B Harvest Moon Green cherries
2 cups fresh red seedless grapes
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted, if desired
1 cup H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 jar (10.2 ozs.) Rothschild Farm Cherry Pineapple Preserves
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
For dressing, place cream and sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Beat on High speed with an electric mixer 2 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Stir in preserves and whipped topping.
Drain pineapple, oranges and cherries. Toss fruit together in a large serving bowl; add dressing and stir gently. Cover salad and chill thoroughly. (Salad will keep 2 or 3 days).
Toast pecans, if desired, in a small skillet over Medium heat 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside to cool. Stir pecans into salad right before serving.
