3 Tablespoons Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
2 lbs. H-E-B ground sirloin or lean ground beef*
1 container (7 oz.) Each: H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® diced onions & 3-color diced bell peppers
4 Tablespoons Bolner's® fiesta brand quick chili mix'
1 can (15 oz.) Central Market™ Organics pinto or red beans
1 can (15 oz.) H-E-B mexican style tomatoes
Heat a large chili pot over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the oil and the ground meat and stir-fry the meat for 5 minutes until all of the liquid is gone and the meat is browned. Add the chopped onions, 3 color peppers and Bolner's Quick Chili Mix to the meat; stir-fry 3 more minutes.
Add the beans and tomatoes to the chili meat and bring the chili to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. Season the chili with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the chili over rice or cornbread and enjoy
