1 lb. salmon, cut into small pieces
1 onion, rough chopped
2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped dill
2 c. frozen corn
4 new potatoes, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 ctn. (32 oz.) Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth, divided
1 c. heavy cream
Preheat a medium soup pot to High. Add all ingredients except chicken broth, cream, and baguette. Sauté 10 minutes or until onions are translucent.
Add broth and cream, bring to a gentle simmer, reduce to Medium-Low and cook 1 hour.
During last 10 minutes, slice baguette and toast. Serve with the soup.
