1 carton (32 ounce) Central Market™ Organics Chicken Broth
2 c. uncooked H-E-B Garden Bow-Ties (or other small-size pasta)
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen H-E-B Fully Cooked® Italian Style Meatballs
1 jar Canyon Foods Tomato Basil Soup
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) H-E-B Italian-style Diced Tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg H-E-B Frozen Spinach, thawed
* shredded Parmesan cheese for garnish
Place broth in a 3-quart pot; bring to a boil over High heat. Add pasta; boil 8 minutes or until almost done. Do not drain.
Meanwhile, remove meatballs from freezer; place on a cutting board and let stand 10 minutes to thaw slightly. Cut meatballs into quarters.
Add soup, meatballs and tomatoes to cooking pot with broth and pasta. Stir, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to Medium and simmer 15 minutes, uncovered.
Stir in spinach. Season to taste. Serve soup topped with Parmesan cheese.
