![]() Instructions ![]() Heat the oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet pan with foil and set aside.
![]() Place the tortillas directly on the center oven rack and bake for approximately 3 to 4 minutes so that the tortillas get crisp like a pizza crust. Remove from oven, place on prepared baking sheet and set aside.
![]() Heat a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the canola oil, extra lean diced beef and chopped garlic to the hot skillet and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Set meat aside.
![]() Spread 1 tablespoon of the marinara sauce on each crisp tortilla and place on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese over each pizza.
![]() Combine the cooked diced beef, chopped zucchini, chopped onion and basil in a bowl and toss to mix well. Sprinkle 1/6 of the mixture over each pizza and top each with 1 Tablespoon shredded cheese.
![]() Bake pizzas on the center oven rack for 12 minutes or until the cheese melts.
