Healthy Beef & Veggie Pizza

6  H-E-B Whole Wheat or 7 Grain Flour Tortillas

1  Tbsp.  Hill Country Fare Canola Oil

1  pkg. (8 oz.)  H-E-B Fully Fit Fresh Lean Diced Beef

4  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Garlic Cloves, chopped

6  Tbsp.  H-E-B Marinara Pasta Sauce or H-E-B Garlic & Herb Pasta Sauce

1  c.  H-E-B Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1  c.  chopped fresh zucchini

1/2  c.  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Chopped Red Onion

1/2  c.  fresh basil leaves, chopped


Heat the oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet pan with foil and set aside.

Place the tortillas directly on the center oven rack and bake for approximately 3 to 4 minutes so that the tortillas get crisp like a pizza crust. Remove from oven, place on prepared baking sheet and set aside.

Heat a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the canola oil, extra lean diced beef and chopped garlic to the hot skillet and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Set meat aside.

Spread 1 tablespoon of the marinara sauce on each crisp tortilla and place on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese over each pizza.

Combine the cooked diced beef, chopped zucchini, chopped onion and basil in a bowl and toss to mix well. Sprinkle 1/6 of the mixture over each pizza and top each with 1 Tablespoon shredded cheese.

Bake pizzas on the center oven rack for 12 minutes or until the cheese melts.
