1  jar (11 oz.)  H-E-B That Green Sauce (regular or mild)

9  H-E-B Corn Tortillas

1  pkg. (16 oz.)  H-E-B Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken with Hatch Green Chiles

1 1/4  c.  H-E-B Queso Asadero or H-E-B Queso Quesadilla Cheese, shredded*

9  Tbsp.  H-E-B Green Chile Tomatillo Salsa

9  Tbsp.  H-E-B Crema Agria (Mexican Sour Cream)

•  cilantro leaves & sliced green onions, optional


Heat oven to 350°F.

Heat H-E-B That Green Sauce in a small skillet over low heat.

Carefully place 1 tortilla in the warmed sauce. Heat 5 seconds; turn tortilla and cook an additional 5 seconds. Remove tortilla from pan onto plate. Repeat process with remaining tortillas.

Heat H-E-B Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken according to package instructions.

Spread 2 Tablespoons each shredded chicken and shredded cheese down center of each tortilla and roll it. Place rolled tortillas seam down in a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.

Pour 1 Tablespoon salsa over each enchilada. Top each enchilada with 1 Tablespoon sour cream. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Top with cilantro leaves and sliced green onions. Serve.
