Ingredients

¼  c.  H-E-B Brown Sugar

2  tsp.  Hill Country Fare Ground Cinnamon

2  tsp.  Central Market® Organics Ground Ginger

2  tsp.  Central Market® Organics Ground Paprika

1  c. each:  Hill Country Fare Whole Almonds & Pecan Halves

1  c.  Hill Country Fare Old Fashioned Oats

1  c.  H-E-B Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts or Hill Country Fare Walnut Halves

4  c.  H-E-B Corn, Wheat or Rice Squares

¼  c.  Hill Country Fare Frozen Concentrate Apple Juice

1  bag (12 oz.)  H-E-B Dried Fruit Mixed Fruit, chopped

Instructions


Heat oven to 250°F. Spray a large baking sheet pan with no stick spray, set aside.

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and paprika in a small zipper snack bag, seal, shake, set aside.

Combine nuts, oats, cereal squares and apple juice concentrate in prepared baking pan: toss mixture to coat evenly.

Sprinkle spice mixture over nuts and cereal mixture, toss again to coat. Bake on center oven rack 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, through cooking time. Cool mixture. Stir in dried fruits. Store Harvest Snack Mix in a large zipper bag.
