2 pounds H-E-B Deli Corned Beef, thinly sliced
12 slices H-E-B Bakery Rye Bread
1 (32 ounce) jar H-E-B Harvest Moon™ Sauerkraut, drained
6 slices H-E-B Deli Swiss Cheese
1/3 cup Hill Country Fare Brown Mustard
1/4 cup H-E-B Olive Oil
Place 6 slices of rye bread on a sheet pan. Divide the thin-sliced corned beef among the 6 slices. Top the corned beef with 1/2 cup sauerkraut and 1 slice Swiss cheese. Sread the remaining 6 slices of rye bread with 1 tablespoon brown mustard and place on sandwiches.
Heat a large skillet over Medium heat for 3 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to hot skillet and cook three of the sandwiches on each side until brown (about 2 to 3 minutes per side).
Remove the sandwiches from the pan and keep warm while cooking the remaining 3 sandwiches. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve warm.
