2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
2 cups chopped cooked ham
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom condensed soup
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Hill Country Fare Sweet Peas, drained
1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Heat oven to 400°F.Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Cook wide egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
Using the same cooking pot, combine cooked noodles, ham, mushroom condensed soup, peas and cheese.
Spread noodle-mushroom mixture in prepared baking dish. Loosely cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and discard foil. Sprinkle casserole with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
