1 jar (26 oz) H-E-B Marinara Sauce
1 package (12 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Beef Taco Crumbles
1 can (15 oz.) Hill Country Fare Whole Kernel Corn
6 H-E-B Homestyle Tortillas
1 package (8 oz.) Hill Country Fare Colby Jack Cheese
Heat oven to 350F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Reserve 1 cup of the pasta sauce and set aside. Combine the remaining pasta sauce with the thawed Taco Seasoned Beef Crumbles and Chuck Wagon Corn in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Spread 1 cup of the sauce mixture on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange 2 tortillas over the sauce, overlapping the edges slightly. Layer one half of the sauce mixture and 1/3 of the shredded cheese over the tortilla layer. Repeat the layers ending with the tortillas. Spread the reserved pasta sauce over the tortillas.
Bake the lasagna on the center oven rack for 30 minutes. Top the lasagna with the remaining shredded cheese and bake for 10 more minutes or until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted.
