1 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil
1 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Texas Originals Brisket Rub Seasoning
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz.) H-E-B Tomatoes with Green Chiles
• fresh produce ranchera salsa, nopalito flavor
Heat oil in large skillet over Medium-High heat. Season steak with brisket rub.
Saut´ steak 2 minutes, add onion, peppers, garlic and tomatoes; saut´ until tender, about 10 minutes.
Serve with Nopalito Salsa.
