3 cups H-E-B self rising flour
2 Tbsp. H-E-B sugar
1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
3 Tbsp. McCormick® italian seasoning
1/4 cup H-E-B Butter melted
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B select grilled eggplant slices
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B select grilled red and yellow peppers
1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B provolone cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine all bread ingredients except butter and stir just enough to moisten.
Spread dough evenly on a nonstick sheet pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove bread from oven and divide into 6 portions. Split and fill with grilled vegetables and cheese.
Grill sandwiches on indoor table top grill or sandwich press.
