2  packages (16 oz.)  H-E-B Ground Turkey Breast

1/2  cup  H-E-B Sabor Tradicional Jalapeño Slices, drained and chopped

1/2  cup  chopped cilantro

*  salt and pepper to taste

Relish Platter Fixings:

1  head  iceberg lettuce, leaves separated, washed, and dried

*  tomato and onion slices

1  package (8 count)  H-E-B Bake Shop Wheat Hamburger Buns


Combine ground turkey, chopped jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl. Season meat to taste with salt and pepper. Shape into 8 patties, place on a baking sheet, and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to grill.

Prepare relish platter with your favorite fixings, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Cook patties on each side for 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Place each burger on a bun, add the fixings, and enjoy.
