3 (8 oz.) Ahi tuna steaks
½ c. Canyon Foods Garlic Essence Vinaigrette, divided
2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Kicked Up Chicken Rub
1/2 c. feta cheese, crumbled
12 tortillas, corn or flour
1 c. shredded cabbage
* avocado, sliced (optional)
* cilantro, chopped (optional)
Marinate tuna ¼ cup Vinaigrette.
Thinly slice marinated tuna, and season generously with rub.
Grill or sear fish. Cook about 2-3 minutes total.
Remove to plate and cover with remaining Vinaigrette.
Place inside tortilla with cabbage, cheese.
Serve with avocado and cilantro.
