½ c. Canyon Foods Garlic Essence Vinaigrette
3 (8 oz.) Tuna steaks
1/2 c. Feta Cheese crumbled
1 c. Shredded Cabbage
2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Kicked Up Chicken Rub
12 Tortillas, corn or flour
Marinate tuna ¼ cup Vinaigrette.
Thinly slice marinated tuna, and season generously with rub.
Grill or sear fish. Cook about 2-3 minutes total.
Remove to plate and cover with remaining Vinaigrette.
Place inside tortilla with cabbage, cheese.
Serve with avocado and cilantro.
