Grilled Tuna Tacos with Feta Cheese

8 tacos


1 (6 oz.)  cntr.  H-E-B Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

2  Tbsp.  Sriracha Sauce

1/4  tsp.  garlic powder

1  lime, juiced

1  lb.  frozen ahi tuna steaks, thawed, sliced into 3/4 inch slices

1  Tbsp.  Adams Reserve All- Purpose Rub

8  H-E-B Mixla tortillas

4  Tbsp.  H-E-B Reduced Fat feta cheese, divided

2  c.  H-E-B shredded cabbage

*  non-stick cooking spray

*  cilantro & avocado (optional)


Combine the first four ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.

Season tuna generously with All Purpose Rub.

Spray grill or pan with non-stick spray. Sear tuna slices for 1 minute per side. Remove to plate. Repeat until all tuna has been cooked.

To make tacos lightly spray skillet or grill again, add 1 H-E-B Mixla Tortilla, 1/2 tablespoon feta cheese and 1 to 2 slices of cooked tuna. Heat until the cheese melts slightly.

Remove from heat and add Sriracha yogurt sauce and cabbage. Top with cilantro and avocado as desired.
