1 large red onion, peeled and cut into eight wedges
1 each red, yellow, and green bell pepper, each cut into six pieces
2 large portobello mushrooms, each cut into six chunks
2 packages (12 oz.) H-E-B Wild Yellowfin Tuna Steaks, each cut into three chunks
2 containers (4 oz.) H-E-B Great Catch Spicy Asian Splash
Combine onions, peppers, mushrooms, tuna, and Spicy Asian Splash in a large zipper bag. Turn bag over gently to coat all of the ingredients well. Marinate mixture for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Thread four metal or water-soaked bamboo skewers with portions of onion, mushroom, tuna, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375F). Grill for 4 minutes per side, or until tuna is cooked to desired degree of doneness
