Grilled Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients

1  Tbsp.  canola oil

4  tsp.  paprika

2  tsp.  cumin

2  tsp.  garam masala

1  tsp.  turmeric

1  large  onion, chopped

5  cloves  garlic

1  -  lime, juiced

1/2  c.  ginger, chopped

1  -  jalapeno, chopped

1  c.  H-E-B Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

2  lbs.  boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into large chunks

Instructions


Combine all ingredients except chicken in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.

Add marinade and chicken to a large zip-top bag, seal, and turn to coat chicken. Marinate 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Remove chicken from bag and shake off any extra marinade.

Grill over Medium heat approximately 5 minutes per side, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

Serve with rice and grilled veggies.
