1 pkg. H-E-B Fully Cooked® Beef Sirloin Steak
1 cup H-E-B Buttermilk, regular or reduced fat
1 cup H-E-B Mayonaise, regular or reduced fat
1 pkg. (1 oz.) Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tomato, diced small
Heat steaks according to package instructions to desired doneness.
In a bowl combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, and dressing mix. Season with garlic powder and pepper.
Remove core from lettuce and slice into wedges. Rinse and pat dry.
Slice hot steak into thin strips.
Place lettuce wedge on a plate and spoon dressing over lettuce. Top each salad with blue cheese crumbles and diced tomatoes. Serve with hot steak.
