2 pounds tiger shrimp, peeled and de-veined
6 cloves garlic, minced
6 tablespoons olive oil
* juice of 2 oranges
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
* salt and pepper to taste
Combine sauce ingredients, pour over shrimp in a glass baking dish, marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove shrimp from marinade and place on a greased grill.
Pour marinade into a small saucepan and heat to a boil.
Grill shrimp for 4 minutes per side. Brush with garlic sauce while cooking. Spoon any remaining sauce over shrimp.
