2 pounds tiger shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 cloves garlic, minced
6 tablespoon olive oil
* juice of 2 oranges
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
* salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste
Combine sauce ingredients, pour over shrimp in a glass baking dish, and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove shrimp from marinade and place on a greased grill topper. Pour marinade into a small saucepan and heat to a boil.
Grill shrimp over hot coals for 4 minutes per side. Brush with garlic sauce while cooking. Spoon any remaining sauce over shrimp and serve.
